“One hour of daily vocalization is worth more than reading a million books of oriental theosophy” – Samael Aun Weor

The chakras are energy vortexes where a lot of nadis or energy circuits meet. There are seven main ones and they are related and connected to our physiological multidimensional bodies. In Christianity they are represented by the seven churches. In Germanic folklore they are represented in the fairytale “the seventh father of the house”.
“Chakras are nourished by energy. The energy of sound, concentrated and directed with prayer, can stimulate them into activity. Thus, there is a specific vibration of sound for each chakra. Those are the seven sacred vowels: I, E, O, U, A, M, S, which are hidden in the symbolic name Iohannes (John) of the book of Revelation. By vocalizing these sounds with relaxation, concentration, and prayer, the chakras are nourished. Yet to fully develop them, one needs to work with the fire of the spinal column, known as Kundalini or the Pentecostal fire. It is important to do vocal exercises as they may allow more energy to freely circulate within our bodies. The below exercise has a tremendous effect when done at least 4 – 5 times a week, and when it is combined with other practices such as meditation, chastity and prayer.
The practice
Firstly, you can start off by doing the microcosmic star before sitting down in a comfortable position.
Secondly, one can take a couple of minutes to do the full breath as to achieve the full relaxation of the body.
Thirdly, one can make a prayer to our individual Divine Mother Kundalini. Given the intimate nature of this aspect one can do his or her own prayer. It should be simple and pure. It should come from the heart. Feel free to use the below one if you find it useful.
My dearly beloved divine mother kundalini,
Ineffable virgin of divine grace and mercy,
Goddess of strength and life, you are love
I beg you,
From the depth of my heart
To transmute my sacred sexual energies, my libido
And to put the serpent upon the pole
Please transform my animal desire into divine love, into divine light
I beg you to balance all the forces inside my temple
Please revitalize and heal my chakras with the sacred serpent
And give me light
So that I may share it with others
From the depths of my heart I thank you, let thy will be done, not mine
Amen Amen Amen
The vowels should be vocalized externally as follows:
I: Ee as in the word “steel”
E: E as in the word “elegant”
O: O as in the word “score”
U: Oo as in the word “groom”
A: A as in the word “star”
M: Mmmmm
S: Sssssssss
So we start off from top to bottom and then from the bottom back up to the top. We will pronounce each of the vowel 3 times each time, and we do a complete 3 rounds all together (from top to bottom and from bottom to top again 3 times).
So the sequence will be Iiiiiiii (high pitched) x 3 times, followed by Iiiiiiii x 3 times and then Eeeee x 3 times etc

As we get to the bottom. We start with the “Ssss” sound again and go upwards. The idea is that we receive forces from above and down, and we transmute and empower the energies and raise them upwards.

After we have reached the top again, we have done 1 out of 3 rounds. When we have completed one round, we normally do this intermediary practise:
Inhale deeply, hold the breath while Imagining each chakra spinning from S up to I. Go through all of the chakras while holding the breath if you can. Use your imagination to see the colour of the particular chakra and imagine it spinning and shinning. You can also internalize the sound for each chakra as you go through them. As you release the breath, imagine a golden thread emerging from the root chakra down below penetrating all of your chakras before entering into the crown chakra on top. In this practice, there will be differences as to how long people are able to hold their breath. Do not go into extremes and be safe. We do not have a lot of time on each of the chakras before the energy has to be released. What’s important is to feel the energy working through your body while holding the breath, and then feel the energy strengthening as you release. We normally do this intermediary exercise 2-3 times upon completion of each round.
Summary
We start from top to bottom and from bottom to top again, which will be one round. We do in total three rounds. Each chakra sound to be vocalized x 3 times every time as we go through it, i.e a total of 6 times in one round. We can do the intermediary exercise whenever we feel, it will activate and intensify the vibrations. One round takes typically about 20 minutes so the whole practice typically takes about 60 minutes. This is a wonderful practice of which the effects can last throughout the entire day. We do this practice first thing in the morning and it is a great way to start the day. The burning of incense during the practice is recommended. Relaxation combined with effort and concentration is key. Typically, halfway throughout this practice one feels the chakras really activated and one drifts away into a small samadhi. Towards the end of the practice, sometimes we find ourselves completely absorbed in the energies in the state of a proper samadhi. If you have the stamina for it, you can meditate or do invocations and prayers after the practice. As you do, feel the vibrations of the practice energizing your complete being.
The value of this practice cannot be overrated. Only one hour of practice, and the higher energies it brings forth will sustain you in any other practice. It brings results on so many levels. Thank you for reading this article, may the practice bring forth fruits and strengthen your force. May the practice bring forth illuminating light that will unite you with the divine spark you carry inside.
